Need Contractor to Estimate Rehab on 120 Units
I have an LOI on a complete rehab apartment complex of 120 units. It has been vacant for a loooong time. Owner estimates the rehab to be somewhere just above $1M. I need an estimate of repairs and time frame that it would take.
My buyers are out of state so I would want to form a relationship with you if possible so they can have excellent services on their new properties. I need someone specifically experienced in commercial work.
I have another 174 units that need repairs also but it isn't as urgent as the above.
