Equity Partner-Flip

I'm still new to real estate investing and have only been involved with buy and holds to date. I plan to get involved in different aspects of real estate investing so here we go starting small.

Looking for a sweat equity partner with experience that has a deal for a flip, preferably in Chicago, but would consider nationwide. Not oppose to single family or multi-family.

What I have to offer:

-100k private money

-excellent credit if obtaining financing is necessary

What I'm looking for:

-individual/team with some experience

-gc preferred but not necessary

-a good deal

-term no longer than 6 months
