I am looking for someone to bring down payment and closing costs for a rental property.  It is currently listed on the mls in south lakeland fl for $70k we can put in an offer at $60k and see what happens.  Area will definitely rent for at least $1000. We can split the profits.  Insurance and taxes in the area are decent, approximately $800 for ins and 1500-2000 for taxes depending on assessment.  Properties in the area are valued at $100k-$120k Values are rising astronomically.  Need too move quick.
