To touch on the specifics, these properties are located in Georgia.
Particularly northwest Georgia around Atlanta, within the following counties:
Dade, Walker, Catoosa, Whitfield, Chattooga, Gordon, Floyd, Bartow, Polk, Paulding and Cobb counties.
Properties currently on-hand at this time are located in Gordon and Chattooga county. The numbers are great, which is why I'm looking for a (hopefully permanent) lender to work with these houses on as quickly of a pace as possible.
