Hello, 

I am looking at doing my first multi-family (looking at around 10 units). The property will be in Kansas City, MO and I could really use some assistance on the due diligence and feasibility. Would love to work with someone with a lot of experience in the multi family space in this area. I will be headed to KC in the next couple weeks so it would be great to meet and discuss.
