Citrus Heights CA fixer upper house near Sacramento

First day on mls. Here is a 1600 sq ft home in Citrus Heights CA for only 200k. The house does need updating inside. The same sq footage homes are selling for 290k to 300k. One with a pool sold for 317k. If you looking for something below value then send me a email and I will send over all photos.
