Need private or portfolio refi out of hard money
Need non-confirming refi option to keep SF in Houston intended for rental, otherwise will list for owner-occupant purchase. Need easy terms to make it worthwhile. Anyone willing to park ~$100k (75% LTV) at no more than 6% for at least 12 months?
Rehab just completed. Don't want to put a renter in until I know I can hold it. Just need to rebuild reserves to get conforming refi in a few months.
