Buyers list in the New England area

I would like to expand my buyer's list as I come across a number of wholesale deals in Rhode Island and Mass, but I want to respect the no solicitation regulations of the site.  Is there a way that I am able to directly let BP members know that I have a great deal on the table within the confines of the rules of the site?  Also, I would like to connect with individuals here that may be interested in some great deals that have lots of meat on the bone.

    Brandon, welcome to Bigger Pockets.

You can demonstrate your willingness to abide by the site rules by joining with a paid membership so you can post your deals in the marketplace.  It's not a requirement, but it's the way to post deals for sale, and it's very reasonably priced.   There are lots of MA investors on the site who will want to sift through them.

I don't think getting into a pissing contest with @Steve Babiak is what you meant to do.  He is a well respected contributor who goes out of his way to help posters.

If you want to create a buyers list in a local area, the best way to do that is to attend local events.  There are many, @Anthony Thompson who posted above is involved with RIREIG and I have Black Diamond.  There are probably 3-4 others within and hour or so drive of you.  Meet people at those, ask them their criteria, and add them to your list.
