Currently looking for some wholesalers who work in the chicagoland market to help us find some buyers for some excess deals we may have! I know there are other forum posts about wholesaling and I will check on those as well as this one. We currently have 10 deals I am looking to find buyers for and we can pay people to line up a buyer which is already included in our sales price. We have closed on 2 out of the 10 and are under construction on 3 out of the 10 so 5 properties are under contract and set to close in the next two weeks. We do have detailed marketing sheets as well as hard construction numbers for the properties just wants to give anyone in the chicago market a heads up before we start an active buyers campaign. I would love to give someone a call and walk them through what we have available. We have 35 active projects in our company as fix and flips. We have done 250+ fix and flips over the past 4 years. We have sold 1,000 investment properties in the past 10 years. We are active in freedom founders as well as collective genius and really looking to network in the NW Suburbs of Chicago Illinois!
