We are new members to BiggerPockets and investing. Looking for a mentor in the Des Moines / Indianola area to shadow and learn. Interested in mastering wholesaling at first, then moving onto flipping and also rentals for passive income. We've read several books, listened to many BiggerPockets podcasts, joined our local REIA and are ready for hands on experience from someone in the business willing to mentor.
