Need properties in North Tampa area - minimum 20 - for cash buyer

All,

I have a cash buyer who wants properties - up to 20 - in the North Tampa area for fix/flip/equity.    Looking at Carrollwood, Temple Terrace, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa areas.   My partner and I putting together a deal where we can all benefit.  

Properties that are needed have to need to rehab with an ARV $100 and above with 15 to 25% equity.
