Looking for a partner for Fort Worth properties
I have 3 possibly 4 properties in the Fort Worth area that I have the opportunity to purchase. As with most investors I can find great deals but don't always have the funds to cover them. These are in a GREAT location. It is a very sought after historic district that rarely has houses for sale much less ones that have not yet been rehabbed. These properties are not on the market and will require rehab for a quick flip. Here are the details I was given, I have removed the addresses:
2250 ft - GREAT Block - approx. $70k in rehab - $235 Sales Prices ARV = $380,000
1700ft + 700ft Garage Apartment - approx. $100 in rehab (if you do apartment) - $155 Sales Price - ARV = $300,000
1380 ft - less than $70k in rehab - $135,000 Sales Price - ARV = $241,500
