Techies looking to partner up with Experienced Investors in FL

Hey guys,

I am one of a group of tech guys looking to dive into Real Estate investment pretty hard and fairly soon. We're bringing a proprietary technology that has dominated in other industries, but most importantly, on the Retail side of Real Estate. With that being said, we believe we can really make a splash in R.E.I side of things, given the concept (pointed in a different direction) is the same. At this stage of the game, Wholesaling will be enough for us,  profit wise, and we're looking for experienced (professionalism could trump experience in some cases) investors who we can build a solid relationship with and feed deals to. But, individuals who can also play some sort of a Mentor role at times, as well. Hope that makes sense. It may take to the start of next year to get everything completely up and running, but that'll be here in no time.
