Private Money Lenders wanted, 15-20% ROI, Fix/Flip San Diego CA
We have in contract under our LLC a property in La Jolla, CA (San Diego area) which we intend to fix/flip and we're looking for several private investors to finance 30% or about $800K to cover rehab costs, closing, etc.
- 8-10 months to rehab
- 15-20% ROI, final determination upon completion
- We have until 12/4/2015 to raise financing
