Looking for MultiFam lending for first acquisition

I'm in the Houston area, im looking to purchase my first MultiFam property. My  Fico is around 780, my yearly income is around $90k, I have %25 down, property asking price is $500k.  If anyone has any good leads, I'd be most greatful to hear from you.

@Billy Allen When you say MultiFam you are referring to 1-4 unit or 5+ units?

I am a national lender and can do 1-4 unit residential loans. Will you be owner occupying the property?

If you are looking at 5+ unit then it would be a commercial loan.
