I have stopped all communications with him.  I agree with you about up front fees - Run!! and don't look back!

To all fellow Investors on BP, has anyone received any kind of funding from PML John Botros?  He has many postings on lending to investors, but has anyone actually acquired a loan from him or his company? 

Thank You everyone for all the responses I have received.  I just want to update those that may be following this post.  Its been brought to my attention that a commercial loan I'm looking  for is not attainable.  Reason: I have no experience in Multifamily properties.  I'm confident in my abilities, and will continue to seek out a lender that will understand my position. 

I would like to hear from those individuals that have traveled this road before, if you don't mind reflecting.

I'm in the Houston area, im looking to purchase my first MultiFam property. My  Fico is around 780, my yearly income is around $90k, I have %25 down, property asking price is $500k.  If anyone has any good leads, I'd be most greatful to hear from you.

Hello Everyone, I'm from Katy, Tx (West Houston).   This is my first post.   I joined BP about a year ago.  Since then I've been absorbing and digesting all the information I found here.   I own a small HVAC company in Katy, we service Houston and surrounding areas.   I deal with HVAC on a daily basis, 80% is commercial work.   I have formed my real estate investment company and I'm looking to make my first acquisition within 6-12 months.  I'm mainly interested in MF.  I learn quick and I'm highly motivated.
