Can someone recommend a good Hard Money lender in the Atlanta Area that will finance 100% of the deal? Also a lender that's lends to first time flippers.

@Traci Pickett - everyone is correct with their feedback on this thread.  I'm also based in the ATL, and I'm a private money broker.  If/when you can get access to 10-15% cash down, I can assist with soft-money programs.  9-10% interest only loans.

I also have a Rehab-to-Perm loan is your intent is to rehab, buy and hold.
