Contractors Needed For Light to Moderate Rehabs (Mostly Updating)

Hello, BP Community!

We are now purchasing more real estate in the Cook County area more than ever before! We are averaging 10-20 properties a month and need to double this by Q1 of 2016. We have a great team of contractors currently set in place but they are getting stretched real thin and we are in need to hire a few more.

We are looking to partner with the right contractors in order to sustain our growth. The vast majority of our property rehabs are rentals that require light to moderate work. What does this mean? Mostly updating. New paint, chair rail, wainscot, crown molding, updating kitchens and baths, mechanicals, etc. Our properties are located throughout the city and the majority are inthe south suburbs (

What we offer:

-We are VERY well funded and can quickly process payments.

-Very reasonable construction draw schedule.

-Initial draw to help cover material.

-Back to back projects. We can keep our contractors busy throughout the year with as many jobs as they can handle.

What we require:

-Reputable vendors and contractors that can handle our fast paced work environment.

-MUST HAVE REFERENCES OR ACTIVE JOB SITES THAT I CAN VISIT AND/OR CALL PERSONALLY.

-Weekly reporting on work progress.

-Able to meet deadlines.

-Realistic quotes to reflect constant work. We can provide as many projects as you can realistically handle.
