Dear Metro Detroit Agents, Wholesalers, Investors: 

We are looking for deals in Grosse Pointe, Saint Clair Shores, Royal Oak, Ferndale, Midtown Detroit (We will look at most any deal on the eastside if it makes sense!).

We are looking for properties to buy/hold and rehab projects. We are cash buyers and can close very quickly and smoothly.
