New investor interested in collaborating

hey BP, as some of you may know I'm a new "investor" who's currently working on building my credit before I go applying for loans. I'm interested in helping out any new investors or seasoned investors on any projects they have going on i.e. flips or any renovations. I'll be investing in flips and buy and hold projects so I would like to get my foot in the door by helping out while gaining some basic experience.. Hope to work with someone soon.
