I'm looking to work under an investor in the local area to learn the Atlanta market and the various investment strategies for this area. I'll work for commission, little or no money as long as there is an agreement that benefits both parties. I'm also interested in learning how to rehab properties hands on. I'm willing to hustle and put as much work in as needed to ensure am an asset to the operation. I'm a U.S. Navy veteran and I am college educated so I'm not scared of hard work. I am also a firefighter with a 24hr on 48 off off schedule, meaning I only work 9.5 days a month, which leaves me with an abundance of free time to work on other projects.
