You will answer phone calls from buyers and learn how to prescreen them. You will see how my real estate team find a property and sell the deal. You will learn my sales guy negotiate with buyers. You will see our sales contract. You will learn the title company that we use. You will meet my real estate attorney.
In other words, you learn by DOING. It's like learning how to ride a bike. It's all about ACTION. You learn how to ride a bike not by listening but by actually doing it.
I need 5 people who are TEACHABLE and willing to learn. I need 5 people who will put their "skin in the game". Yes, there's a $1,000 deposit. If you are able to sell a property for us in 90 days, you get that $1,000 deposit back. Moreover, you get 10% of the wholesale fee on the deal. That means, you get PAID while you LEARN.
