We are looking to grab this property at an upcoming auction.
Home ARV is Upwards of $500k
Starting bid of course will be ridiculessly low. Home needs minimum repairs. $30k at most if we want to do full updating.
Confident the bidding will be less than $200k.
We plan to immediately sell on the Market. Already have agent and listing ready. Agent already has potential buyer.
