Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is Jake, and I've recently moved from Philadelphia to Phoenix. I have been investing in mostly buy and hold rentals in Philadelphia, but I would like to expand into fix and flips in the Phoenix area. If any wholesalers have properties in either market, I would be very interested.
