Legal two family with an additional in-law suite in Chelsea MA. Soldiers Home neighborhood with views of the Boston skyline.

Unit 1: 5 Bedrooms, 1 bath. 2 Floors. Separate living room and dining room. Eat in kitchen.

Unit 2: 2 Bedroom (Some tenants have used as 3, no closet in 3rd room). Living room, dining room, eat in kitchen.

Unit 3: Above ground basement apartment, studio/1 Br.

Property will be delivered vacant so that you can put tenants in their at market rate rents. Nearly every multifamily home you see in the area for sale has tenants in units at way below market rents. Not here. Will be a cash cow. Each unit is separately metered for electricity. Each unit has it's own heat. Newer roof. Square footage is estimates, have not yet pulled the tax record

Email me for pictures. Make an offer before it hits the MLS. Will be listing either later this week or next week.

I hate to break it to you, but even without the address, I can tell you someone is lying to you. 43 unit 3 and 50-52 are the only buildings with deleaded units on Eleanor St besides the 21 condos at #55. (see chart below)

Since 43 is a 24 unit apartment building, I know that's not the one you're going to list.

If you're selling 50-52, then 2 units were deleaded in 1998. There were hazards found (which is good) and it was deleaded to the laws at that time. There were no PCADs (Post Compliance Assessment Determination) done, so there are probably hazards now and it will more than likely need to be touched up to protect the owner from potential liability, but you're in decent shape if it's 50-52.

If it's not 50-52, then the current owner is mistaken, there's nothing else deleaded on Eleanor besides these 3 buildings.
