Looking for an investor or another small contractor like myself that needs work done.

I am looking to find someone who needs carpenters, tile workers, painters etc.

I own a small contracting company in Westchester County NY I am licensed with Workman's Comp,  Liability, Disability. I am not looking to grow my contracting business. I don't have the time. I only carry it for the money I save not hiring contractors. Plus when I need work done it get done on my schedule.

Looking for an investor like myself that needs work done. The kind of work is kitchens, baths, paint, doors/windows, flooring etc.

Ideally this investor would have their own LLC, License( if required) and Insurance. That would mean that whenever they work for you they are YOUR employees. I will not be managing the work. Just to be clear I am not responsible more importantly have any liability, when they work for another company. When they are not employed in my business I will lay them off and if you can hire them as your employees all the better.

Since my last flip I have employed 2 full time workers.

The foreman is more than capable to run jobs by himself, he currently does my payroll and expenses weekly and communicates with my customers. He also coordinates with and has contacts for semi custom cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Granite installers. He has his own truck and tools. He is a lead carpenter/foreman that is very skilled. He does cabinets, wood floors, doors windows, built-ins etc. He is also good with fixing dishwashers dryers etc. I pay $200 a day. Plus WC and liability.

The painter/taper and carpenters helper...an excellent painter. $140 a day. plus WC and liability

I have work for them currently. The schedule is more open after 5/1. They are working on my 3 family in Brooklyn and a customers basement in Westchester. I'm looking to purchase something now and they would work on that most likely. But I'm not moving on any properties currently. They way things work between electrical, plumbing, framing, insulation inspections my guys are out of work sometimes, and that's when its easy to lose them.

That's why I placed this crazy ad.
