Looking for financing in Kansas city
I have a 3/1 house & a2/1 duplex (each side). I'm needing to finance them. I own them free & clear. The house will value 25-30k rented for 600/month. The duplex will value 45-50k. Rented 550&600. Taxes about 400/year, insurance about 1k/year. All 3 units are rehabbed and well kept condition. The properties are in the urban core of Kcmo.
I also have a 4/2 house that I live in & would like to refi it too. I own it free & clear. 200/year taxes, 500/year insurance. Value about 55k. Willing to look at all offers. If you can help let me know.
