Intern activities and general duties will include but are not limited to:
• Perform leasing activities.
• Create and or implement a strong marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with tenants to schedule work/unit turns.
• Monitor market ready apartments and verify they meet our company's standards.
• Must Show market ready units to applicants.
• Intern must address concerns of current and prospective residents in a professional, friendly manner and forward information to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed records.
• Create follow-up systems with all prospective renters/purchasers, including responding to but not limited to messages
received.
• Frequently traveling to purchase materials related to real estate or the administration of our business.
• Provide residential orientation and education at signing and move-in, including acquainting new residents with the leasing
documentation, the community rules, the policies and procedures which affect the residents, and emergency procedures.
Be able to post craigslist & website listings, run applications, coordinate showings, and handle necessary paperwork for leasing.

• Advertising online or in print, when directed by supervisor.
