Need Private Money Loans for one Flip and two wholesale deals
We currently have 3 houses under contract and more to come so we are looking to establish a relationship with two to three private lenders. We are a HomeVestor franchise so we are able to borrow from them but we are looking into other options as well. We are located near Greensboro, NC.
