First time buyer looking for duplex / triplex deals East Valley

Hello BP community!

My name is Buddy and I am a first time buyer interested in duplex and triplexes in the following cities: Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Scottsdale. I have been doing research and scouting out properties on the MLS and driving to properties. I am looking for a property with around 850 to 1100 sqft per unit and my price range is between $250,000 and $325,000.
