We have been having tremendous success with some of our marketing campaigns for motivated sellers.

I am looking for a couple of new referral partners to share our access motivated seller leads with.  We occasionally come across leads that just don’t fit into our acquisition model. We are looking to send these leads to another investor who may have an opportunity to do something with these leads.
