- 1. Approximately 5.18 acres Multifamily / Retail / Commercial Site:Project funding line item in project funding budget of $3,000,000 minus pro rata cost (based on $8.22 per square foot) of $1,854,770 for estimated projected gain of $1,145,230.
- 2. Approximately 2.5 acres Hotel Site:$12 per square foot (total of $1,306,800) for estimated projected gain of $411,642.
- 3. Total Land Value Estimated Projected Gain: $1,556,800.
Return of/on $2,750,000 to Capital Provider:Return of $2,750,000 on pro rata basis from sale of the two sites as outlined above plus annualized % on capital within a two year term.
