Looking for realtor in San Diego

Hi BP members,

I am planing to buy a home in San Diego and move there from Orange County. Looking for a realtor who can guide me through the neighborhoods and help find a home. The investor in me would want to buy a place that I can rent out easily (with decent returns) in case I decide to move some place else. I can consider house hacking as long as the property is in a nice area. Here is the criteria I am looking for:

1. Price around low $500K's

2. I work in UTC area and want to be close to work. Prefer to use bike/publis transportation but short drive will do as well (~15 mins)

3. Want to live in a walkable area with things to do around

4. Close to the airport since wife flies out for work

Looking for a realtor who can help me find the right place and has also worked with investors before.
