Newbie in Atlanta / Savannah GA Markets
Hello Ya'll,
My name is Laurie and I am an Associate Broker in Atlanta, GA. I have a background in historic rehab and have renovated and built smaller homes in Savannah. I had a vacation rental biz in Savannah and am great with creative marketing strategy.
I am now looking to work for investors helping manage the construction process that rehab entails. I also would like to pick up some deals myself. I am looking for private money for my own fix and flips and holds.
