BUYING: Garfield Hts, Cleveland Hts, Euclid and South Euclid

Hi, 

We are looking to buy in the following suburbs in Cleveland:

Garfield Hts, Cleveland Hts, Euclid and South Euclid.

Here is what we are looking for:

- SFH, duplex, triplex, or quadplex

- At least 60% under ARV (all costs included - including rehab)

- Target ARV: 75k (at least 60k)

- Max rehab 25k

- Subject to financing (we have financing in place to acquire 3 properties/month)

- 3+ bedrooms, ideally 2 bathrooms

- At least 1100 sqft

- We are open to creative solutions for acquisition

Wholesalers welcome, but please make sure that properties presented meet the above criteria.
