Why do you have to attend to networking events?
Networking allows you to meet like-minded people.
People who've been doing it and are experienced in the field.
People who you can talk about the same interest and share best practices.
Throw yourself out there and attend as many networking events as you can.
One networking event you can attend is the JK Real Estate Partners meet up happening on August 27, 2023, at our new cottage!
Time: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
Address: 1410 Route Saint-Joseph, Sainte-Émélie-de-l’Énergie, QC J0K2K0
Fee: $30 USD (this covers supper (pizza and beverage)
You can bring your own drinks as you wish! 😉
To register: http://www.n4t.club/meetup
We will only honor purchases through the link above.
See you!

Hi! Great question! As per our cross-border attorney, it doesn’t really differ from state to state but rather on your personal situation. That being said, for the majority of Canadians, the basic structure is a C-Corp (as GP) and an LP as your holding company.

Absolutely. Setting your foundation correctly from the start is extremely important both with a cross-border lawyer and a cross-border accountant. The US may be a very similar country to Canada but it’s also very different. Best to get started the right way.
