Hello Fellow Investors!!

I need Buy & Hold properties ASAP!! I have landed a HUGE investor that is HUNGRY for more properties!! I can't feed him with the "duds" (his words) that I have...lol. Please PLEASE PLEASE help me feed him!! He doesn't want war zone properties...He wants the "pretty ones". He will also purchase Fix & Flips if the numbers makes sense.
