Are there any serious REO & Note buyers here? I receive a new list every week and I need more buyers that understand the process. The list I have are nationwide. I only want to deal with buyers directly. If this is you, then by all means, let me know. I will need your criteria as well as a POF & Non-Binding LOI to place you on the list. Some of the assets move slow while others move extremely fast. Please let me know.

Now that I have gotten your attention, let me try to keep it!! I am trying to team up with asset managers, sellers, DIRECT to seller (brokers) that can provide a consistent flow of commercial NPNs or PNs. (not sure if this post should be in here or the marketplace). If you are not direct to the seller, please do not waste your time or mine. I hate to be cutthroat, but I do not want to be apart of any Broker Joker Chains...Will there be one, two, or even three of you that can help me out?
