How it works: You fund a Blue Sky Homes project via a short-term interest-only loan at 10%; we send you monthly interest payments and return the principal with the last payment.
Asset-backed investment: Your loan is secured against a Blue Sky Homes property of your choice via a notarized and recorded deed of trust. The deed requires us to pay back your principal and interest in full before we can sell or refinance the property. First debt position is available for high Loan-to-Value amounts.
