Seeking a lender for buy and hold in Chicago, IL

I'm venturing into a new area with an old business partner. I'm seeking a lender that will fund multi-family properties in Cook county, Chicago IL.

Currently I'm a realtor and earning income on 1099. I have additional assets in my one man LLC, two properties are paid off in FULL. One small loan for a commercial property. I have capital (for down payment) and EXPERIENCE operating income producing properties. I just need the funding, seeking to buy already tenant occupied properties with little work required.
