We are looking to expand our project fundings within the next 3 months and are targeting properties on the East Coast in particular. We have a common sense underwriting approach that is far from cookie cutter like most hard money lenders/private lenders. We are a stated underwrite with no min credit score required but we will look to make sure there are no red flags on the credit report, BK's, FC's, SS's, or large judgements. We have the ability to not charge interest on rehab monies until they are drawn on, which is a huge cost savings for borrowers. We are targeting Maryland (MD), Pennsylvania (PA), Delaware (DE), Washington DC (DC), Virginia (VA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), and Florida (FL). Other states as well we will consider.
