Need 1-2 bedroom rental for client in Boca Raton or Delray Beach

Any landlords out there with a rental available around October 1st? I have a client moving from the Chicago area to Boca Raton. He has excellent credit and is a homeowner, but is selling now because of work. Ideally, doesn't want to spend more than $1,500.

Contact a local realtor, he can see everything in the MLS. I don't do rentals, but if you want I refer you to someone in our brokerage that does them regularly. PM me if interested. Condos of course will have additional approvals, in addition the owner's approval process.
