We have a fantastic Santa Clara corner lot property under contract! Great neighborhood, close to tech companies, new Apple HQ campus opening in 2017, new STEM school, will permit 4th bedroom (was 1 car garage) making house 4/2 (currently 3/2). We're looking for anyone interested in being a PML.
