WTB: Minneapolis Duplex

Hello BP,

I am looking to buy a 2-4 unit property in the Minneapolis, MN area. I am specifically looking in the south-west metro. I am not going to have a specific price cap as it will depend on the deal and location.

The cities in Minnesota I am interested in include: Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, Robbinsdale, Crystal, New Hope, Hopkins, Edina, Golden Valley, Bloomington, Richfield. The prime location I want to be in is the Lake Calhoun/Lake Harriet area.

I am looking to owner occupy for a few years so I am going to be slightly picky about the quality of the neighborhood.

As of right now I am not interested in anything needing major renovations.
