Ok, so heres the deal.
$15k "subject to" the existing mortgage.
Existing mortgage is Chase Bank. $27K payoff: $505 per month @ 6% including T&I. I have rent to own tenants in place. They pay $800 per month, 12 month lease is good through April 2016. They then have the option to buy and I have an "option to buy" agreement in place. "Option to Buy" is $48,000.
3 bed 1 bath, 1364 sq ft, .48 acre corner lot, lots of character, built in 1968 block construction.
Roof is 1-2 yrs old, A/C, plumbing, electrical all in good shape.
