In need of an investor or hard money lender

I currently have a property/project here is San Diego that I am doing a value add addition to it. The address is 4435 Algeciras st., San Diego 92107. It is a block off the beach with ocean views. 

I am that my funds are going to be running short to finish the project. I currently have a hard money loan in the first position. I am looking for roughly 600K would be ideal to finish the project and includes carrying cost, but willing to work with anyone to see if we can come up with some solutions. The final ARV value with be between 2.55-2.65 mil. I have had 3 high end brokers that sell in the area come over to do CMA's, which were right on the spot. I know there will be many questions and numbers to figure out. Please let me know if you are interested in the project and I can get you everything you need to make a sound decision.
