Good afternoon bigger pockets family my name is BJay Washington and I specialize in the Airbnb exit strategy with over 10 airbnb units and I am looking to grow my investment portfolio by investing in multi unit properties in the metro Atlanta area. The purpose of this discussion is meant to serve as  a opportunity to find like minded investors who currently own multi units and have vacancies or currently looking to invest in duplexes, triplexes and small apartments in the metro Atlanta area.
