Looking to invest in Detroit area
Seeking reputable agents, brokers, or others who may be able to help me find and analyze numbers on investment properties in the Detroit area. I currently have a real estate management business that has a very high gross, and I personally make $90,000 per year and have very good credit and hardly any debt. I also have 40-50K in savings. Looking for properties with positive cash flow or break evens with strong appreciation potential.
