Does anyone have any properties in New Jersey
Does anyone have any rental properties (already rented out) with a positive cash flow. In New Jersey 120,000 or below? If possible please send me some info ASAP I will be going out to look this weekend.

That's a tough price point where I am @Juan Reyes in Essex, Bergen or Passaic. At 120k, you will need to put some cash in to get the rents up higher for better long-term value and there are only a couple of towns where this will be available.
