My name is Mirza and I live in the Buckhead area with my wife Amra. I currently work from home as a self employed web designer. Me and my wife have both dreamed about flipping a property (probably from watching too much Flip or Flop) :).  However, she just got her real estate license as well so we are hoping we can learn a little more about the market before we pull the trigger. We have the right connections, as a lot of my family members are in the construction business. All our pieces align but we are just scared to put our life savings on the line.
